Promote equality and boost female talent , which for so many years has been in the shadow of devastating percentages. These have been the objectives pursued by the New Look Awards initiative , the first edition of an event whose purpose is to make visible women who break stereotypes and encourage new generations to do the same. The event, promoted by the creative agency Weaddyou and ESIC Business & Marketing School , was held at the Rambleta space in Valencia, a place that welcomed more than 200 women from different professional sectors but with a strong common commitment: breaking barriers of genre.
